Another insightful article about the way our modern lifestyle impacts on our moods and consequently our health. How to deal with this malaise? By taking more time-outs for ourselves; not being ruled by our electronic devices; being "selfish" in not agreeing to every request for our time.
The time-outs should be taken with the purpose of gentle introspection and this is where the "Just Be" meditation is so helpful.
