At some stage of our lives we all go through emotionally stressfull periods which can be of long or short duration. We may manage to cope with them at the time but sometimes we succumb to these emotions to such a degree that we are unable to live our lives normally and we are at a loss as to how to recover our will to live and continue a functioning and rewarding life.

 

My Mood Kit gives you the tools with which to understand what is happening to you and how to interact with your mind and body in a variety of proactive and creative ways to support your journey back to coping optimally with life.

Or as an introductory exercise, we would like you to scroll down and experiment with three of your senses as you listen to the music, watching the waves sweep up the beach, closing your eyes and imagining yourself on the beach, with the wavelets tickling your bare feet and the ocean-scent arising in your nose and engulfing your mind. Allow your breath to slow down and deepen as you interact with the process. 

 

Creative visualization is the core of this process, so spend the almost three minutes in this gentle exercise and then continue .....
