THESE ARE SOME OF THE MANY MOODS WHICH INFLUENCE OUR DAILY LIVES 

 

ANGER / FURY. a strong feeling of annoyance, displeasure, or hostility

GUILT. deep feeling of implied wrongdoing

IRRITABILITY. feeling annoyed for no good reason

FEAR / PANIC. an unpleasant emotion caused by the threat of danger, pain, or harm 

 

HATRED / LOATHING. an intense dislike 

 

SORROW / SADNESS. a feeling of deep distress caused by loss, disappointment, or other misfortune suffered by oneself or others

 

DEPRESSION / MELANCHOLY. feelings of severe despondency and dejection

 

HAPPINESS/BLISS. feeling or showing pleasure or contentment

 

CONFUSION / UNCERTAINTY. uncertainty about what is happening, intended, or required

 

REGRET / REMORSE. feel sad, repentant, or disappointed over (something that one has done or failed to do)

 

LOVE / DEVOTION.  a strong feeling of affection and perhaps sexual attraction for someone

 

SADNESS / DOWNHEARTED. sorrow, dejection, regret, depression, misery 

 

ANXIETY / FEARFULNESS. a feeling of worry, nervousness, or unease about something with an uncertain outcome

 

WORRY / CONCERN. feel or cause to feel anxious or troubled about actual or potential problems

 

EXCITED / EXHILARATED. very enthusiastic and eager

 

JEALOUSY / ENVY. enviousness, covetousness, desire; resentment, resentfulness

 

COVETOUSNESS. a feeling of discontented or resentful longing aroused by someone else's possessions, qualities, or luck

 

MOURNFULNESS / MELANCHOLIC. feeling, expressing, or inducing sadness, regret, or grief

 

LAZINESS / IDLENESS. the quality of being unwilling to work or use energy

 

DISAPPOINTMENT / REGRET. sadness or displeasure caused by the non-fulfilment of one's hopes or expectations

 

OVERWHELMED / OVERCOME. bury or drown beneath a huge mass of something 

 

PLEASURE / DELIGHT. a feeling of happy satisfaction and enjoyment

 

FRUSTRATION / EXASPERATION. the feeling of being upset or annoyed as a result of being unable to change or achieve something

 

SURPRISE / ASTONISHMENT. an unexpected or astonishing event, fact

 

DESPAIR / ANGUISH. the complete loss or absence of hope
