Simon's Town is one of the oldest towns in South Africa, nestled into False Bay and looking across it to the Hottentots Holland mountains some 50 kms away. With a wealth of history from its past as a Naval Base of the French and British colonisers it is a glimse into the Victorian past.
It is also home to the famous penguin colony at Boulders Beach and a short distance from the end of the Cape Peninsula, Cape Point, which reaches out into the turbulant Atlantic Ocean.
Nearby are stunning surfing and swimming beaches and the quaint art colony and fishing harbour suburb of Kalk Bay.
Workshops in residence of 2-4 days can be arranged for groups of 4-6 prople, which would cover the processes in My Mood Kit with extended work in breathwork, yoga, t'ai chi, Sufi meditation and chi kung.
